Love this recipe, I can make it with lean hot turkey sausage, salt free tomatoes and quick brown rice to keep it healthier and lower calorie.

Very quick, easy, and tastes great! I added some chopped celery, red pepper, and cajun seasoning. Instead of sausage, I substituted some leftover BBQ rib meat. YUM!

This is the yummyest recipe! I made this for my husband because he loves jambalaya. I was nervous to make it because I had never made anything like this before. But this recipe was so easy and so delicious! We both just love it! I made it for my extended family also & it was a huge hit there. My dad is actually going to make it for his next company party! I highly recommend that everyone try this awesome recipe!!!!

We eat a lot of cajun foods and this was a big hit with the family. my other recipe would take 2 hours to create and would be made only on special occassions. Now it can be made any day of the week with little effort.
