This recipe is truly delicious. The poppyseed dressing is just perfect with the sweet strawberries and chicken. I have this often and sometimes vary the ingredients but always use the creamy poppyseed dressing. I wish they'd offer that dressing in restaurants. I've often thought of taking it with us when we go out to eat. I love it that much. Enjoy!

I served this salad to a group of guys who don't eat salad. Now it's the thing they all request when they come over!

My son and I don't care for onions, so we left those out, but this is still great with a muffin for a light meal. I'm sure I'll use it alot in the summer for a quick and easy dinner that doesn't heat up the kitchen.

This salad is very pretty and delicious. It is also very good without the chicken. It appears to be very healthy with the fruit.

This is a very easy recipe to do as an every day salad to take to work or a quick thing for a luncheon with friends. I tried it with baby spinach leaves instead of Romaine and it was yummy.

I've made this recipe without the onion and the chicken as a sweet side salad and I've served it with the Kraft Lite Done Rite Rasberry Vinegrette dressing..it was great. Also have used pecans instead of almonds.
