Took time to candy the almonds and used a raspberry dressing instead of the poppyseed, and it was wonderful! So sweet and fresh for summer!

It was excellent.. I would make it again for a party.. Only problem is that it gets soggy in the heat and you can't eat it again the next day.

GREAT salad- you don't even realize that it is low calorie, especially with the creamy dressing, which is perfect! I added blueberries for color! Will make again soon!

A fabulous recipe. Tried changing it up with various substitutions: used a mesclun mix instead of romaine, added pineapple chunks or substituted them for the oranges, substituted dried cranberries for the strawberries, added a little gorgonzola, substituted a raspberry vinagrette dressing for the poppyseed, used a fat-free poppyseed dressing to eliminate most of the fat. Enjoy!

This salad was amazing! Love the flavors and textures. Healthy yet very satisfying. I used some leftover rotisserie chicken, which we always have in the fridge in the summer. This would be a great salad to take to parties.

This is so good! I took some of the other pointers and used spinach instead of lettuce and omitted the onion. I also did caramelize the almonds, too. This is a very easy and very delicious recipe!
