I made this for dinner, with rolls and fruit. It was great. I left out the tomatoes so my kids might actually try it, and they loved it. That doesn't happen often with my kids!

This is a wonderful recipe, and I have recommended it to others. I could only find a 12 oz. pkg. of pork sausage and used it all. We thought the extra four ounces didn't hurt the recipe a bit. The recipe is easy to put together and is a very tasty treat!

WE really enjoyed this dish. I couldn't find Rotel tomatoes & chilies = used Del montes. and just got the 8 oz. pkg of kraft cheese which I thought was very convient (no waste or leftover to wrap up.

It was very good but I think I will use less cheese next time.

Very good! I added onions, and two other kinds of cheese. I also baked it at the end for 5 minutes. Next time I will cook the hash browns longer to get them crispier.

This was very good and I would make it again. But it took 25 min for the cheese to set. Next time I think I will use shredded cheddar cheese instead, due to the velveta's oil breaking down.

This was a great recipe for company! Had a house-ful of hungry men on a Sunday morning and it disappeared along with the quesdillas I made to go along with. Only problem - the double-recipe wouldn't set so I baked it for about 15 min. to finish. Thanks!

My family loved it! Very easy. I did substitute real cheddar instead of velveeta.

Excellent! This was an easy, quick and tasty recipe. I loved the fact that I could still use the oven for fresh muffins etc.
