With bread crumbs or stove top stuffing, this recipe is really easy and the stuffed mushrooms were great. I recommend melting american or velveeta cheese with the mushroom stems and stuffing, and also add crushed garlic. You will love it and the family will keep coming back for more.

These were very tasty. They would be wonderful as appetizers or a side dish. I added one clove of chopped garlic to give it a little kick. Yum!

If you don't have stuffing, dry bread crumbs work as well. I have also included shredded cheddar cheese.

I tried this recipe for the first time 2 weeks ago, it was great!! I made these again 2 days ago, and instead of using the chicken flavored stove top, i used the mushroom and onion flavor stove top!! They were excellent!! I hope you all try with this flavor!! Thanks for the quick and easy recipes!!
