DO NOT USE RAW PEANUTS FOR THIS!!!! This recipe would have been the best had I not used raw peanuts. It was really easy and the brittle part tastes wonderful but my peanuts burnt! So, follow their recipe!

My dad is a peanut brittle lover so I finally made this recipe for him last week for Christmas. He said it's the best peanut brittle he's ever tasted. So did my husband and my grandpa. I'm not a huge fan of peanut brittle myself, but found I couldn't stay away from it either. It only takes about 10 minutes to actually make this and then let it cool. It's too easy and quick not to try. You won't be disappointed! By the way I ended up making this 4 times in the last week! :)

The best recipe for brittle! I have made brittle in the past the traditional way. This was WAAAAYY easier and came out absloutely delicious. If anyone had problems, I'd say they didn't have it in for the complete times stated.

Great recipe! My first batch cooking on the stovetop was a disaster. This was easy and much faster. Just watch how long you microwave it if you have a high powered microwave.

This was such a surprise! I admit that i didn't expect it to be as wonderful as it is due to microwaving and corn syrup...but, this is excellent! I am going to make this for Christmas gifts this year!

I've used this recipe a LOT over the last 2 years, particularly at Christmas time and the results are always great. Everyone loves it and it's super easy to make. I've tried it with almonds and pecans too and these were also delicious.
