Taste Great! Super Easy! Very forgiving! I added too many peanuts originally, so I quickly made a 2nd syrup batch and combined the two. So good, I actually made a batch for a benefit auction.

I absolutely adore this peanut brittle recipe. It's quick, easy, and delicious too! I make it every Christmas, coat it in chocolate, then give it away as gifts. It's gotten to the point where friends and family have come to expect it. Everybody loves it!

I didn't like the dry roasted nuts in it as much as I like raw peanuts but it's still a time saving recipe when you want to whip up a batch of peanut brittle.

I especially liked this because it was easy and a candy.

"Best Peanut Brittle I've ever had" are what I always hear when I give this to people. It doesn't break your teeth like most brittle. Plus it is so quick and easy! Definetly a keeper.

The time you sayin for the mixtures to occur while microwaving doesnt seem to match there is a glitch which the timing is way off it was terrible

Best microwave peanut brittle! Makes a great gift during the holidays!

Perhaps my microwave wattage didn't match the recipe well, but my batch burned in only half the cooking time. I'm going to keep making brittle the old-fashioned way.
