This was fast, easy and very tasty! Perfect for a quick last minute party item.

this recipe was very simple to make. My husband loved the peanut brittle and asks for it quite often.

The only amendment I would add is for people to be very cautious on time. My microwave must be stronger than the one this recipe was geared towards as I burned my first batch. I ended up lowering the time by one full minute on the first round and then only cooked it for 3 minutes on the "3 to 5 minute" part.

Easy and Great! My first batch came out a bit gooey...mircrowave longer (hence the 3 to 5). I tried for 4.5min and it was perfect-3 wasn't enough. Happy Holidays!

VERY sticky so beware but suprisingly good especially when considering the time committment.

This recipe was great! It was very easy to make and the taste was very good as well. We sprayed our pan so the brittle would not stick. I would recommend it for anyone wanting a quick and easy candy recipe.
