excellent taste; for some reason when I made it, it never did harden so I could break it into pieces! Very yummy though!

I also had to watch the timing on this recipe, almost burned it! My husband and step-dad really liked it, though. I will make this again and maybe cut the time a little more.

this recipe was very simple to make. My husband loved the peanut brittle and asks for it quite often.

The only amendment I would add is for people to be very cautious on time. My microwave must be stronger than the one this recipe was geared towards as I burned my first batch. I ended up lowering the time by one full minute on the first round and then only cooked it for 3 minutes on the "3 to 5 minute" part.

Easy and Great! My first batch came out a bit gooey...mircrowave longer (hence the 3 to 5). I tried for 4.5min and it was perfect-3 wasn't enough. Happy Holidays!

This recipe was great! It was very easy to make and the taste was very good as well. We sprayed our pan so the brittle would not stick. I would recommend it for anyone wanting a quick and easy candy recipe.
