After many years of making peanut brittle the old fashioned way - an hour project on the stove top, stirring constantly for the last 30 minutes I was looking for an easier recipe. This was the first one I tried and it was delicious and so easy. I couldn't tell any difference in taste and it was so easy to make. Definely give it a try.

Super Easy! I also made 2 batches, and I liked the lighter one that I cooked less than the directions called for better! I had several people ask for this recipe after they tried it!

The peanut brittle was a very easy recipe to make. My husbands boss loved it and now I have to make it for him every year for the Christmas Holiday. I think that this peanut brittle was the best that I have ever tasted. Everyone loved it.

Didn't think 'microwave' peanut brittle could be so good! But it is!!! It is also fast and easy. I used raw peanuts and it turned out wonderful. I passed this on to my girlfriend who was looking for a peanut brittle recipe.
