I did make this recipe, but with alterations. I had some prepared pulled pork barbecue, so I used it. I had a partial can of crushed pineapple in the refrigerator so I used it instead of chunks. I had only brown rice, so I used that. I had red pepper strips frozen, so I subatituted those for the green chopped. However, it was very good, and got better over the next couple of days.
