This recipe was really good. My husband liked it too. I didn't like the instant rice, so next time I'll add raw brown rice. I also used a large can of pineapple which gave it a more tangy taste and lots of salt and pepper. Next time I think I'll add some extra hot sauce. Yummy...

So delicious! The pineapple and barbecue sauce make a great combination! Makes a lot, but they still asked for more.

Easy to make, but needs a little more seasoning. Used cooked brown rice or brown minute rice to add extra fiber and taste.

Absolutely loved this recipe! It seemed like an interesting combo at first, but so tasty! It was great the next day at work too!

I didn't like the pineapple and thought there was too much BBQ sauce. Nice idea though and easy executed.

Good flavor combinations, and pork tenderloin makes a very tender stir-fry meat. It's a standard in our house.

I thought this was a nice change from our typical fare. I decided to leave out the green pepper because it just didn't seem to go with the other flavors. I also put the meat in a hawaiian marinade before cooking. I will definately make this again. Now I am just trying to find a perfect side for this.

This dish was too sweet and tangy it needed a savory taste to go with it. This is not a dish my family wants to eat for dinner.

I used regular rice I had pre-cooked instead of instant and it was good.
