Needed more BBQ sauce. I used spicy honey BBQ sauce. Hubby and I liked it. My kids didn't like this recipe.

I enjoyed this meal and would certainly cook it again. The next time I would season the pork with more spice or add a couple of splashes to of tobasco sauce to heat it up a little. Overall quick, easy good meal

I liked this dish, but thought it was a little bland. I think next time I'll use the juice from the pineapple instead of water. Might be good with some more ginger, too.

There really wasn't much flavor to this dish. My kids weren't too happy with it and asked that I not make it again.

We used chicken and teriyaki sauce, cooked the rice seperate, and cooked the chicken in the pineapple juice not draining the pineapple at all. This was a very good 'base' recipe that gave us starting ideas to create our our caribbean dish!

I would not recommend this recipe. I made it last night for dinner and my husband, daughter, and me all were not pleased. It smelled great while cooking but the taste was not what we expected. We ended up ordering out.

Watch the rice to ensure if it cooked thoroughly. Also, the recipe had to be tweaked for flavor. I would use the can of pineapples along with the juice to make it sweeter... Overall, the dish was good, easy and I would make it again.

We made it with chicken instead of pork, then instead of water, use pineapple orange juice...it makes the flavor more prominent. We double the recipe to take for lunches. Everyone was full, and satisfied. VERY GOOD meal.
