Ummmm...YUM!!! I decided to follow the lady's advice who "tweeked" the recipe. I only had 1-8 oz can of pineapples...so, I used all of it, plus the juice. I omited all of the water. I used 1/2C. of the bbq sauce plus when it was simmering, I drizzled some more on top. I used 1 1/4 tsp of ginger. This was great!! LOVED IT!
