This recipe is very easy and quick. At first it was a little plain so I kept adding BBQ sauce and it really spiced up the flavor! My husband loves it. Would reccomend it to all of my friends.

This dish had a lot of flavor and I liked that it was so easy. I would not cook the pork completely through on the first browning though, as it made it a little tough. Good though...I will make again!

The taste was too plain but other than the flavor it was good.

This was a good base for a great recipe. I added pepper, because we like pepper in our dishes for an added kick. The combo of pork and pineapple was very palatable but the pork did get a little dry. More liquid or lower heat would probably help that. Next time I'll make a few little tweaks and it will be great.

I added salt and pepper to taste, a Tbsp of honey and extra barbecue sauce. Cook pork on low heat until tender. If not pork is tough.

I used chicken breasts found in the freezer section at the supermarket that were Southwestern flavor. I also used the juice from the canned pineapple plus water to make 14 oz. instead of using just water, and I used 1/2 cup barbecue sauce instead of 1/4 cup. It was delicious and everyone enjoyed it.

I tried this by the recipe first and found it needed a little something. I added green bell pepper and a little nutmeg the next time and it really woke the flavor up.

I liked it but my husband thought it was bland.
