This is ALMOST as good as when made over a campfire. And it's something the kids can do by themselves - which is a good thing. It is important, I think, to use a quality graham cracker, too. Most of the generic brands taste similar to cardboard.

You can make this recipe using chocolate chips, candy bars & even leftover easter eggs (just chop them up)! When younger and no microwaves available, we used to get a fork and roast the marshmallows over the burner of an electric or gas stove.

Tastes very good especially if you don't have a fire around. They offer customized S'Mores makers that you can use in the fireplace, barbeque, over a firepit, camping or whereever. COOL!
