these are very good, but even better when you add a dill pickle spear!!

Made it without the crackers. Very easy and my kids love it as an afternoon snack and great to take to parties also.

Great appetizers, quick & easy, this has always been a family favorite, my mom made it without the crackers and just a toothpick to keep it together - always a hit for New Year's Eve for us!

I have made this receipe many times. However, I don't use chives. I put a whole piece of pickled okra in the center before slicing the pinwheels and I don't put them on crackers. My family loves them. I have to make a double batch now.
