For added variety, I used regular cream cheese and place a green onion in the center.

Great flavor. I actually put the pinwheels on cucmber slices for a lower-cal, fresh and crunchy alternative to crackers. Served at a Superbowl party and was a hit even with the men! Use low fat or fat free cream cheese with chives already mixed in!

Very big hit at parties and very easy to make. I omit the crackers and just serve them as a "finger food". I will definitely make this again and again!

Definitely impressed my guests!!! Should leave out crackers they tend to get soggy after a while...

This recipe was too bland, really didn't have too much flavor.

I made this recipe, but instead of crackers I wrapped the ham in tortillas coated with cream cheese. I also added some cheddar & jack shredded cheese to the inside. These were a big hit! They were gone within 5 minutes!

This version looks pretty good, but I'm used to the way my mother has made them. Instead of chives, she mixes garlic in with the cream cheese..the more garlic, the better. And no ritz crackers. She just puts a toothpick in them and sticks a green olive on the toothpick also. I look forward to these every christmas...it's the one time of year she makes them now, mainly because my sister and I hang around and eat them as soon as they are made!

Everyone loved these last year. I have been asked to make them again this holiday season. They are quick, easy and delicious.
