This version looks pretty good, but I'm used to the way my mother has made them. Instead of chives, she mixes garlic in with the cream cheese..the more garlic, the better. And no ritz crackers. She just puts a toothpick in them and sticks a green olive on the toothpick also. I look forward to these every christmas...it's the one time of year she makes them now, mainly because my sister and I hang around and eat them as soon as they are made!
