I made these for my wedding and they sure went fast! They are very easy both to make and to carry...and they can be made ahead of time and frozen until you need them!

My mom and I have been making these for years. To make it even better, we roll up some with green onions and some with small dill pickle spears. TASTES SINFULLY WONDERFUL!!! Everyone asks us to make them, and they have their own personal favorite - onion or pickle. I love them both. (OMIT THE CRACKERS - YUK!)

This is such a great quick idea! Once I used finely chopped cucumber in addition to the chives and it was great. These are good to make in the morning and serve that evening.

Very good. I added the chives to the cream cheese instead of sprinkling them on top...no mess.

My family has used a variation of this recipe for years. We wrap a dill pickle in the center though. It is awesome this way. I know it doesn't sound like it would be, but it is way better than the chives or green onions as some people use. Buy medium sized dill pickels and after spreading the ham with cream cheese, put the pickle at one end and roll up. Put it in the frig for a couple hours or overnight is ideal and then cut into slices. SO GOOD! They will be one of the first things to go at your next party. Great as a snack too.

I used baloney and chive-flavored cream cheese for these roll-ups and omited the crackers. Put the roll-ups on toothpicks with cherry tomatos, olives and grapes for a festive touch.

I made this for my family on Christmas and they could't get enough of them. I will be sure to keep this recipe for years to come.
