I made this for Father's Day and everyone loved it! I used sugar free lemon pudding instead of vanilla and low fat cream cheese to slim it down a little. I'm making another version of this dessert for a party this weekend. Thanks for the great recipe!
made for 6 people and there were no leftovers! delicious!
made a crust like suggested in an earlier review and the outcome was excellent
I took this to a dinner party, and it was a hit. I however changed it a little and put crushded heath bars in the middle and shaved choc. on top. I happen to be a chocaholic! the fresh fruit one sounds divine for summer however. thank you for this easy and very tasty dessert
This is so good and the ladies at church loved it but I changed it up. I made a graham cracker crust, then I used a coconut cream pie filling and I also sliced bananas and put on top right before serving
My family LOVED this dessert. My husband couldn't get enough of it! It was so easy to make. I can't wait to make it again. It's definitely a winner in my household!!
My mom use to make a desert similar to this. She used cream cheese and drained fruit cocktail, then froze it in an ice cube tray. I don't have a copy handy but it was really good. I'm going to try this version but probably leave out the kiwis as we don't care for them much.
Everyone loved this dessert even the grandkids. I would have liked it a little more firmer, next time maybe add a little less cool whip. It's a nice and light dessert for the summer.
I served this recipe to guest and it was a hit. One comment was that it is very light.
This is the "Tasha" Pie. All my family requests this for all parties in the spring and summer time. I shake it up tho. Instead of using graham crackers try using different pre-made pie crusts. They come in different sizes and flavors that may just make the next best hit! I also create beautiful designs with the fruit in round pie crusts. Remember to change things up if this becomes a major addition to your requests lists! :-) enojy
