Easy to make, I really like these, they are even good after being leftovers. Pretty sweet for a side though, I like them for dessert!

I made the "Mallow Topped Sweet Potatoes" For my family and what did they say? "Whoa!" I don't know what else to say!? I'm making this recipe twice this year for Thanksgiving! And SOOO looking forward to it!

I did not care for the canned sweet potatoes...next time I will use fresh, I'm sure that will make a big improvement on flavor and texture.
