I made this at christmas. It was Hit with everyone. Even people who don't eat sweet potatoes ate it. It kinda taste like a pumpkin pie

everyone enjoyed this wonderful and new recipe! there was not enough to go around. it was a scrumptious "whip"to the same old sweet potatoes.this would also make a good pie too.my 80 year old grandmother loved it so much she ate seconds!

I actually made this a few hours early, stored in the fridge, and then later added the marshmallows and baked. It was a big hit with the family!

Very easy, yet wonderful dish. But very rich, and servings should be on the smaller side.

My granddaughters don't usually like sweet potatoes, but loved this receipe. It also works really great when reheating in the microwave without sticking to the plastic container.
