This is one of the best sweet potato cassarole I have made. Not real sweet and just the right flavor that makes one wonder, what is it. A real five star. Thanks from LHC

I served this dish and had my niece, who is an extremely picky eater, taste it. If she had her way, she would have eaten the whole thing.

Very simple and great tasting recipe. I used fresh sweet potatoes instead of canned and addded 1/2 cup of brown sugar.

i have never cared for sweet potatoes but when my husband asked me to make this recipe i didn't mind thinking i might like it. and i did! so now i have a new vegi to enjoy during the holidays.

It was very easy to make, and was enjoyed tremendously by everyone who ate it. It will be a staple for my Christmas dinners, for sure!

Honestly, the recipe was good and easy to follow, but personaly I didn't like the taste. I credit it to the Nutmeg. I will definately try it again, only next time I think I'm going to subsitute brown sugar for the Nutmeg.
