I love sweet potatoes and I think this recipe is a great way to get kids to enjoy them.

We LOVE this at my house!! One addition I have is to add about 1/4 c. brown sugar. Kicks up the sweetness a notch! Yummy!!

Great recipe, but the nutrition information doesn't say anything about portion size, and the recipe doesn't say how many it serves. With that information added, it's a definate "10".
