Tasted great and was easy to make. I added 2T brown sugar and did not add marshmellows.

Definite hit! I added the white sugar, brown sugar & heavy cream as suggested then I added a shot of Jack Daniels No. 7 and mini marshmallows. No leftovers. My family & friends thought this tasted a lot like a dessert!!!

My family said this was more a dessert than a side dish. I baked it 15 minutes and then turned the oven off for 30 minutes, and the marshmallows got crusty on top and were absolutely fabulous. Even those who do not like regular sweet potatoes like it, since there were no strings as there are with whole sweet potatoes. Thanks for a great Thanksgiving and Christmas dish. I served it for both and didn't have anything left over.

the recipe was good but I think it needed another ingredient- it could have been sweeter. I plan on making again but adding in a little brown sugar to help with the sweetness. But it was good overall.

The recipe was delicious and easy to make. I added the brown sugar, white sugar and heavy cream as suggested by another member, and it was great. Thanks for the tip.

Delicious. I made it for a Christmas party and everyone loved it. I'm making it again for my Holiday dinner and can't wait to eat it. Simple to make.
