This is a hit every time! I add a little extra cinnamon, and a touch of clove. I accidently left it in the oven too long for the marshmallows, and they melted down - no worries - just add more marshmallows when removing, and it's heavenly! Otherwise, I would suggest adding brown sugar to sweeten it up.

I love this recipe because I wanted to make something else besides the traditional sweet potatoes, so when I found this recipe I made it 2 years ago and it went over well. I have been making it ever sense.

At first I thought that I had added too much sugar so I add 2 tbsps of sugar and 2 tbsps of Splenda along with crushed pineapples. It tasted better but like someone else suggested I will probably add brown sugar as well next time.

Can this recipe get any easier? The first two times I made it I felt something was missing. On the third time I added 1/3 cup of sugar and 1/4 of coconut. It was very yummy and my guest loved it!

Went over well with the family, though maybe next time I will try to add a little brown sugar to the mix to sweeten it just a little.

Always a favorite dish no matter what time of the year. I use the mini marshmellows. It is so easy to make and so yummy.
