So easy to make & tasted great! I'm not a big sweet potato/yam fan, but this is defintely an exception!

The sweet potatoes were bland and tasteless and the marshmallows ended up getting crispy despite the fact that I followed the cooking directions. I will never make this again...What a waste of sweet potatoes!

This was great! I always make the same sweet potatoes with brown sugar and marshmallows so I was afraid to try something new. This was so different yet had that same great homemade taste! This is my new favorite.

I've made this two years in a row for Thanksgiving. Even people that don't like sweet potatoes went back for more! I use 1/2 c. of brown sugar instead of ginger. And adding pecan pie pieces (in the bag) is a great touch!

I personally didn't eat it, but it was the first part of my Thanksgiving dinner to disappear, so it must have been good!

This was excellant! I would heat the potatoes first, then put the marshmellows on to brown. I would probably try the recipe next time with some brown sugar too.
