Marshmallow Truffles

Very easy to make and was a big hit. I used the suggestion of using graham crackers instead and they were wonderful.

So Easy! And they were terrific.

my co-workers liked this recipe and one co-worker will try it with crumbled graham crackers.

These are to die for! I made them with the candy-quick kind of microwaveable chocolate. They are shockingly delicious. My friend & I couldn't believe how good they are. I like the graham cracker suggestion - s'mores rock!

My family loved this dessert, I will make it again. I made some without nuts, just plain, and some rolled in graham cracker crumbs for a new version of smores!

This was a great finger desert. I did use chopped dry roasted peanuts though and everyone liked them.

These tasted good but I ruined the first batch trying to get the chocolate thinner so it would look better and not so lumpy. The proper way to thin and melt chocolate is in a double boiler, adding vegetable oil, a little at a time, until you get the desired consistency needed. After I figured out how to get the desired consistency, it worked out fairly well and I even topped the marshmallows with cherry pie filling and cream cheese before dipping. That takes a little skill but tastes excellent.

We made these for my daughter's Valentines Party. I sprinkled colorful pink, white & red candy sprinkles on top. We arranged them around chocolate covered strawberries. VERY PRETTY! My 16 year old son loved them! We've made them several times since then.

I did not think they tasted very good. When you bite into them the chocolate fell off the marshmallow into your hand. The kids did not like them either.
