I followed the suggestion of another reviewer and made this in a square baking dish and cut it into bars. I agree with some of the other reviewers comments that the chocolate is over powering. A small bar was really enough, and I LOVE rich chocolately desserts! I would have liked more of the caramel flavor. I think next time I will either use milk chocolate, or one and a half the caramels and cut the amount of chocolate in half. I'm not a big fan of pecans, but the pecan crust is really good. I'll be running extra miles on the treadmill thanks to this recipe!
