I made this for thanksgiving, but because I kept it in the refrigerator so long, it just didn't look easy to eat and went untouched (silly me, carmel hardens when it's cold!). After we took it home and I left it out for a short time to soften, WOW! it's very rich so be ready with a glass of milk near by, but it is so wonderful. How coud something so easy be so great? Needless to say I'm making it again for todays party.. and if no one eats it... that just means more for me!!! :)
