I made this recipe along with some other holiday candy for gifts this holiday season. However, the divinity didn't turn out so well. It turned out more like taffy than divinity. It did however have a great taste. I was told later after making this candy that usually the humidity has to just right in order for the candy to have the right consistancy.

My neighbor gave me the old recipe of divinity and when I came home I looked on here to see what was here and I saw this and said this has to be much quicker and easier....I just got married for the first time and I'm new in the kitchen but with having kraftfoods.com around it's been easy and now I know what I'm making for christmas with the family....IF THEY ONLY KNEW HOW EASY AND QUICK THIS WAS.....LOL and it tastes great too!!!!

There is a great variation to this recipe which simple calls for adding different colors of food coloring. You can make a delightful aray of colors such as; green, red, yellow, & orange, and send this as an inexpensive gift basket to all your friends and family. Your gift will be the rave of party.

This was really easy ! I made it with the orange peel and pecans, and then dipped them in semi sweet chocolate. We now have a new favorite treat. My family has decided this is something I should make often. Thank you!
