A wonderful quick recipe - I made these for a special treat when I had company. Since I'm not a big icing fan, I drizzled caramel on top of the cookies. Very sweet! They disappeared very quickly!

My granddaughters helped me make these. What an afternoon treat it was. I used the precut sugar cookies with hearts on them. I placed the marshmallows on the cookies and turned off the oven. Removed them then put on the other cookie. Worked great.

I used the cream cheese cookie recipe that I found on this web to make these marshmallow cookies and it tasted really good!! Everyone loved it!! =)

These cookies were superb!!! I think I ate one for every two I packed in my children's bag for their Valentine's party at school. I would suggest using just half a large marshmallow per cookie, it was still full of gooey yumminess!
