The only thing I found was, when you first put the bananas on the bottom, the pie crust just broke apart. What I did different was put a thin layer of mixture, THEN the bananas, then finished with the rest of the mixture, then my crust didn't break away...Delish!

This pie was excellent! It is perfect for a hot summer day. I also added strawberries with the bananas and it turned out wonderful. It was also very easy and very quick to make.

THE FIRST TIME I MADE IT WAS @ MY HUSBANDS FAMILY REUNION AND EVERYONE JUST LOVED IT. THEY DIDN'T EVEN RELIZE HOW EASY IT WAS TO MAKE.
