very good... would have been better with a little garlic. I seasoned the shrimg with some Old Bay (I thought it sounded a bit bland)and added a little fat free 1/2 & 1/2 to make it creamier. Will definitly make it again, but will add some garlic to it

Tasted great, although it needed additional seasoning. Which I added. Also included mushrooms asparagas.

I used the sundried tomato cream cheese spread instead and it was fantastic!

Very quick and easy to make. A nice weeknight meal to get on to the table quickly and even impress your family a bit too. I used a can of diced tomatoes with garlic to add some nice flavor.

I would add onion and garlic. additions cream cheese and cut up the tomato smaller so it cooks down faster.

Such simple ingredients and you get an elegant dish that is very easy to do! I needed to thin it a little with some milk; otherwise no problems.
