This meal was excellent. I can't believe it was so simple. My whole family loved it!

This an absolutely amazing dish. I love this pasta mostly because it combines all my favorite foods. The recipe makes it seem it's not a good thing to eat, but its actually very good. I make it every year on valentines. It has become a tradition in the family. I also serve it with heart shape cheese breadsticks. i got the recipe from kraft foods also.

Probably will not try to make this again. It seemed like the sauce was lacking something.

Good! My husband and I both thought it had good flavor. I used a little bit of velveeta with the cream cheese and also added crushed garlic and red pepper flakes to the sauce.

This recipe is awesome. My family enjoyed this so much that I made it 2x's in one week and I doubled the recipe. I also, added velvetta cheese and garlic to it. It's great!!

Another one that's quick and easy and everyone has enjoyed. I have substituted cut-up chicken tenderloins for the shrimp and that went over well, too. This one has become a regular in our menus.

I grilled the shrimp first instead of letting them cook in the sauce. I also added mushrooms and used herb-flavored cream cheese.

Delicious! The shrimp & spinach make it taste so fresh. (I used canned tomatoes w/ seasoning for speed.) I also used a seasoned cream cheese (chive & onion) for more flavor. We will definitely have this again!

I would use chicken or seafood stock to thin out the sauce. Other than that, it was very good!
