I doubled this for my family of four and it was perfect even for some seconds. I used a package of frozen spinach and did grill the shrimp in garlic and olive oil. Also added red pepper flakes for a bit of spice. worked well.

a little too bland for my taste buds

Very easy to make and absolutely wonderful! I doubled the recipe so as to have some leftovers. Also I added chopped garlic to the pan before putting the shrimp in and put half the spinach in right at the end to let it wilt some. Perfect!

this was very good.... my whole family ate and enjoyed it. We made this dish for mother's day and it definetly filled everyone up. Even the children ate it! It was also a very good reheatable meal.

I have made this recipe about 6 times! It is very tasty! I add a little salt, pepper, Italian Seasoning, and Garlic salt. Make a lot of it because it is just as delicious the next day!

This was delicious. I sauteed garlic and onion before I added the cream cheese, shrimp and tomatoes to the pan. I think it would be better if adding the spinach to the pasta right before draining the water, that way it has a chance to "wilt" and is not too chewy. Adding some fresh ground black pepper and a little salt ws the perfect finishing touch.

The cream cheese makes for a rather thick sauce for the pasta, which I didn't like that much. But the recipe is simple and seems like it will be easy to add other ingredients to change it up in the future.
