I doubled recipe using 8 oz cream cheese (light), whole can (14 1/2 oz.) of diced spicy (Italian herbs or other) tomatoes, 1/2 bag baby spinach leaves, garlic and 1 lb. raw shrimp. Saute shrimp in olive oil and garlic. Separately mix and heat cream cheese and tomatoes, then add cooked shrimp. Place spinach leaves (or torn larger leaves) in collander and drain linquini over to slightly cook it. Toss all in larger bowl. I rate my version a 5!

What a great recipe!!! It was so easy to make and we with a side salad and some crusty bread, it was a fantastic dinner! I told my neighbors and friends at work about it and now they're all trying it too. I used lowfat cream cheese so it was a very healthy meal too. It was a big hit at our house and it will definately become a regular!!

SO EASY...and so good. We put a lot more spininch in and I put the spininch in after the sauce, stir, lid it and let it sit for a few. I also sautee the shrimp in garlic first. Reheats wonderfully. BIG THUMBS UP!!
