Try adding about three dashes of hot/tabasco sauce to the recipe before serving; it gives it a nice little kick. This is such an easy, tasty recipe; perfect for someone on the go. I enjoyed it so much until I made twice in one week!

This recipe was soooo easy to make and fairly inexpensive. It was a wonderful Valentine's Day meal that I was able to whip up with very little prep. I prepared the recipe as is for my husband and made myself a vegetarian version by simply substituting portabello mushrooms for the shrimp. I added a bit of simple seasonings also.

It became my husband's favorite dinner. It was also so easy to do. We loved it!

Made this dish on Valentine's Day! My husband loved it. We didn't have fresh tomatoes, so I used canned with Italian Herbs. We didn't have spinach, so I substituted artichoke hearts and used angel hair pasta instead of linguine. We will definatley add this one to our recipe book.

Instead of just diced tomatoes, I substituted "Italian" seasoned diced tomatoes. I made this for a special Valentines night planned by myself, my father-in-law and two brother-in-laws for our wives. What a way to start the evening; everyone LOVED it!

Very good and very easy. Unfortunately I had to put the serving of this dish on hold. It doesn't lend itself to doing that. The dish needs to be prepared and immediately served.

Easy recipe with an interesting flavor. I like it but wouldn't make it again. I guess it depends on whether you like creme cheese with diced tomatoes and spinach.

Was very simple and quick to make. However, was a little bland..next time I will definitely add some additional seasoning to jazz it up a bit. Served it in a big bowl and shared with my valentine..was very romantic!
