I was very pleased with the simplicity of this recipe! I used frozen, peeled and deveined shrimp, then I also added mushrooms. We did't add any spices and it was still VERY good! We were afraid that it would be "bland" but it wasn't at all!! Thanks so much for all these great ideas!!

It was a little blan so I added a little (approx 1/4 cup) Italian cheese to the recipe. Also this recipe is good by subing chicken or ham for the shrimp and broccoli in place of the spinach - omitting the Italian cheese.

I liked how easy it was to prepare but I also added garlic and onion flavored tomatoes to give it more pizazz as it was a little bland

My fiancee doesn't like spinach, so I substituted broccoli and carrots (steamed first and then chopped). It was amazing! I made it again the next day with some frozen peas/carrots that I had on hand and without the shrimp - it made a great vegetarian lunch, and made with light cream cheese I felt good about the second helping!

I spiced up the recipe by adding chopped garlic and garlic salt as well as a sprinkling of black pepper. I doubled the recipe so we can have leftovers in a day or so!

My husband who is not a pasta person told me to keep this recipe! I did add some garlic to it and I had soeme imitation crab legs and used them as well. That made it more of a seafood pasta but it was so easy, quick and delicious!

Excellent! Between the holidays and several special occasions, I feel as though I've "lived" in the kitchen for the last two months. I enjoy that, but I was ready for a break! For Valentine's dinner, I wanted to make something wonderful that would not take all day to prepare. This recipe was just the ticket! The sauce was a little too thin for my taste, but I think that was my fault--I accidentally picked up the "whipped" cream cheese. I warmed a little bit of garlic and green onions in olive oil first, then proceeded as directed. We loved it. It's definitely a keeper! Thanks for another great idea.
