Sorry, folks. If you think Cool Whip is healthy, think again. It has partially hydrogenated oils in it.

I have also made these using cinnamon grahams & low fat frozen yogurt. I used Strawberry frozen yogurt but you could use any flavor you like.

These are fantastic. It's like the pleasure of an ice cream sandwich without all the guilt. I can make a ton of these with a large tub of Cool Whip Free and a box of Honey Grahams. They are my new favorite dessert.

I LEARNED ABOUT THIS RECIPE FROM ANOTHER WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM AND LOVED IT. I FIRST MADE IT WITH THE CHOCOLATE CRACKERS THEN I USED THE HONEY. I LIKE THE HONEY BETTER BECAUSE OF THE SWEETER TASTE. THIS IS GREAT!!!!!!!!!

This recipe is circulating in my Weight Watchers Class. We use either low fat cinnamon or chocolate grahams and the free Cool whip. Make lots, save in the freezer for a low points, low fat delicious cool snack for this hot weather.

My whole family enjoys this treat. It's a low-fat way to satisfy my sweet tooth. It does take a while to put them together, though. I recommend making a double batch if you have more than one child. They can go very quickly.

This is a wonderful recipe. It is quick, easy and sooo good. My children loved it and asked for more. They said it tastes like ice cream to them. I did use the fat free coolwhip with it.
