I loved this recipe and have not had any problems with melting or sweetness. We made it for a get-together with friends and now they request it when we are in charge of bringing dessert.

The recipe made up easily, but it was too sweet. So I added 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and a teaspoon of lemon rind. I ended up cutting it into 16 squares because it was still two sweet. I agree it melted too quickly to serve well.

This was a big disapointment. After overnight in the fridge, it still wasn't set, so I poped it into the freezer. Looked great but melted so fast that you couldn't eat it, NOT something you would try to cut and serve on plates to a crowd! Flavor was okay, but the crust was too soggy to eat because of the rapid melt.

Not sure what the review was before about it being way to sour...this is an excellent receipe when made correctly...it is VERY Easy and like the other review, a nice lite dessert after a bit dinner. All my guest loved it and asked for the recipe

I will try this recipe again. it was way too sour and the crust was hard. I think half of the lemon concentrate would do it. Maybe another flavor of juice like orange juice or raspberry lemonade and maybe vanilla ice cream might be something to try as well.
