They look app-solutely divine on the appetizer table, but these creamy and crunchy carrot pinwheels are a breeze to put together.

Simple and tasty. For kid friendly alternatives, instead of onions try adding in some finely chopped sundried tomatoes or some raisens. Adds a nice sweetness. And for dairy free, spread the tortilla with your favorite flavored hummus instead of cream cheese.

I omitted the green onions, and used cream cheese with chives and onions instead. Used a bag of matchstick carrots. These were easy to make, and my bridge club really liked them.

It was good. I added french dressing, nixed the green onions, and used a whole wheat tortilla. Definitely a mean you can customize.

Delicious! And pretty, too. A big hit with the people at work. You could even add chopped olives or other vegetables. I sliced them diagonally before arranging them on a plate. A sesame dressing might be good for dipping. Will definitely make these again.

These were good but very small. I was thinking I could make one tortilla worth of these pinwheels for lunch but they were about the diameter of a hot dog. They are very tasty... the next time I made them I just piled tons of stuff in there.

My kids did not like the carrots. I left off the onions, I knew that would never cross their lips. I did add ham, that made it at least palatable. I thought it was okay. Not great.

My children would not eat this. I think it was the onions, they do not like them. I ate them and thought it was just OK.

This was good. I made it for my party and people liked it, they thought it was alittle too healthy with all the carrots!
