This was good. I made it for my party and people liked it, they thought it was alittle too healthy with all the carrots!

No fail recipe. You can vary this a lot. My 5 year old son told me that this was the best thing I have ever made =)! Its a good way to get him to eat some veggies.

I did not have scallions on hand, but I did have cream cheese with chives. I used that and the recipe turned out great. My husband is not a fan of too many onions anyway.

I made these for my son's birthday party. I doubled the recipe ( I didn't realize how many it would make!) so we had a bunch of leftovers. But they didn't last too long. Everyone really enjoyed them, and they were very simple to make.

I love simple , easy & healthy foods like this, I added turkey for a little meat. Also there was leftover cream cheese/ranch sauce so I put in small dipping bowl and used for are rolls so good. I would even make the sauce for regular sandwiches instead of mayo.

My daughter loved these! I took a few to work, and my co-workers could not believe how easy they were. I add chopped up tomatoe, as well.
