They look app-solutely divine on the appetizer table, but these creamy and crunchy carrot pinwheels are a breeze to put together.

I planned on taking this to a family reunion this weekend and wanted to try it before I sprang it on any one else except my husband & me! They turned out great. We are taking them & the Pinwheel mini sandwiches. They also are very good.

Carrot pinwheels are wonderful! I have made them for showers, church gatherings, and just for a snack for the kids! (the kids like them with or without the onions) - Quick, easy, and really good!

This was delicious. However, I find 8-inch tortillas more difficult to use than the larger ones. With that change, I will definitely make this recipe again.

These are wonderful!!! I bring these to parties all the time and they're gone in no time! My toddler loves them too. Great source of vitamins and calcium.

Great for taking to lunch for school, work or toddlers on the go. We like to add minced green pepper or celery and also use creamy ceasar dressing in place of the ranch dressing for a change of pace. I also sprinkle shredded cheese, any kind, for additional calcium.

Very quick, easy, adjustable to taste, looks appealing. I doubled the filling recipe, made a few adjustments for ingredients on hand then used 3 larger tortillas, worked out great. Have fun with this one!

I have made this recipe twice this week and both times it was a huge hit. The first was for my two year old son's birthday. The grandparents's, great-grandparents, and kids loved it. I had a candle party and made it again because it was so easy and I was only able to have one.

This recipe is a great way to sneak carrots into my 14 month old's diet. I load the tortilla with extra carrots and he eats it like a taco.
