Due to the high water content in the cucumber the cream cheese would slide out when you tried to cut into seving pieces leaving you with a plain cucumber and slimy cream cheees

My husband liked this better than I did. I was hoping for a bit more flavor. I have another half tub of cream cheese so I will try it once more. Maybe a bit of garlic will help.

I omitted the carrots and mixed in real bacon bits with the Philly Garden/Chive cream cheese, which helps with the blandness. After I filled the cucumbers, I sliced them and put on crackers for my husband. He loved them and asked for more.

This recipe lacked seasoning. I added garlic salt and seasoned pepper.

Yum! The cucumber would have been over powering for me, so I made it a cracker instead! Cracker + cream cheese + a thin slice of cucumber on top, sprinkled with dill. A big hit!

This was a hit when I did it for a summer potluck at work. I got a good review from my co-workers they even asked for the recipe. Thank you for the suggestion of others to use the Veggie Cream Cheese if I did not use that it would not be a good result using a regular cream cheese.

My friends raved over these cuke bites. One of my friends cannot eat gluten. So when I entertain the girlfriends I always have a gluten-free appetizer. They left the crackers behind and EVERYONE ate these. Tasty, but I suspect they were also happy about the lower calories too.

Very Delicious. I made my own chive cream cheese since I have plain cream cheese and chives on hand. It was fresh and light. I will make again as a snack for work. I also eliminated the carrots
