I find that if you precook the asparagus in an asparagus cooker you can cook and then store the dish. I love your choice of menu items. They are quick and easy to prepare. They are seasonal and cost effective.

this recipe needed something more. maybe more dressing. it just tasted like regular steamed asparagus. the mushrooms tasted great though.

This is a very good and healthy recipe for all Weight Watchers. Serve it on a pretty salad plate and add a small bit of pimentos for more color.

I made this recipe exactly as written and it was good. Next time I will use more dressing, a dash more lemon juice and a little salt and pepper. I never give 5 stars if I feel it needs tweaking to get the right blend of flavors. It was good though and I will make this again.

Both my sister and I thought this recipe sounded really good and neither of us cared for the results--too blah. Both of used Fat-Free Italian, and maybe that made the difference, but both of us use Fat-Free Italian regularly on our salad and we can't taste a difference.
