I used regular ground beef to make this. My family loves it-even my son who refuses all veggies eats this and asks for seconds!

Very easy, and very good. We used no cheese, but a soy cheese substitute. It is yummy!

i first had this when a friend invited me to lunch. knowing i was vegetarian, she was excited to try out this new recipe. we love it! i make if for our dinners, it's quick and easy to make ahead and then just bake. it's also been a great casserole to take to summer picnics, and no one suspects that it's veggie!

Easy to make and tastes good, though I left out the mushrooms and peppers - unbelievably even my husband, who doesn't like Boca burgers OR cottage cheese, really liked this.

My mom can't eat beef anymore and we have turned to the Boca product. I didn't tell my family I used the Boca and they loved this receipe & were totally surprised to find it was a substitute -- even asked for the recipe and have had requests to make it again --- EXCELLENT ---

I'm really disappointed in many of the recipes included under the 'healthy lifestyle' section. This one has a sodium count per serving of over 1000 mg!! What about those that have to watch fat AND sodium??
