Why bother with a casserole when this low-cal, low-fat, big-flavor tuna-and-pasta dish can be yours in just minutes? You don’t even have to turn the oven on.

I thought this was good and I did add some seasoning, a bit of water, green onion, and carrot to the recipe (per a reviewer's suggestion). I used fresh carrots and broccoli and simply boiled them in the noodle water the last couple of minutes. It tasted delicious and my husband loved it. Essentially it's a very simply tuna casserole.

This was kind of bland. I think that the next time I make it I will add onions and carrots and definitely some more seasoning - onion salt maybe or a buoillon cube. It needs more seasoning either way.

My kids loved it and even asked for seconds! :)

Per the other comments, I increased the cheese from 4 oz. to closer to 8 oz. I think this was too much. I also only used 1 can of tuna. And I mixed everything together at the end by melting the cheese on the stovetop with the rotini. Overall, it worked for something quick and easy.

So easy and quick to make!

1/4 tsp pepper was too much for my kids. I would recommend 1/8 tsp if your kids don't like spicy foods.

My family loved this except instead of tuna we used diced chicken breast. Very good!
