Although Kraft Catalina No Fat Dessing is my all time favorite for salads, my family did not care for it in this recipe with salmon. We thought it masked the wonderful flavor of the fish itself. We find our old recipe of garlic pepper with fresh rosemary or dill much more enjoyable.

quick, easy, delicious recipe for the weight conscious person!! I already gave out the recipe to my family. I actually marinated the salmon in the salad dressing, with the spinach and mushrooms for a few hours and added salt and pepper. Thank you KRAFT for all your great ideas!!!!!!

I made this for my family the first time with the catalina dressing and no one liked the dressing then I saw a comment from another cook saying she had used teriyaki sauce so I tried that and it was a hit.....my family loves it much better that way! Thank you to that cook, it tastes wonderful with the teriyaki sauce!

My son is 11 and said he enjoyed this recipe more then the salmon he had at both Old Country Buffet and Outback Steakhouse. He said it had a nice sweet taste to it. It was quick and easy for me to make. Even though I myself do not eat seafood.
